LoanGraphs vs BNTouch: full mortgage CRM vs the analysis layer
BNTouch has been selling mortgage-only CRM since 2004. LoanGraphs will not beat them at two-way Encompass sync, credit-pull alert cards, or a 180-campaign drip library. That is not the fight. The fight is whether you need a full CRM operating system or a free database plus the reports that actually get the referral partner to pick you.
Reviewed August 13, 2026. Competitor prices and features below were copied from that vendor’s public pages and still need to be confirmed with them.
Who BNTouch is (verified)
From bntouch.com (fetched August 2026): mortgage-specific CRM with loan stages, post-fund sequences, realtor portals, digital 1003 (listed on their CRM page), and mobile iOS/Android.
Native LOS integrations they name: Encompass, Calyx Path, Filogix, BytePro, LendingPad. They say two-way sync without Zapier. If you are on another LOS, they point to Enterprise custom work. Confirm your LOS with BNTouch — one marketing page also mentions Floify.
LoanGraphs is not going to win a “who has more drip templates” bake-off. Do not pretend otherwise.
- Published pricing: Individual $165/month, month-to-month, “every feature included.” Team $95/seat/month with a 2-user minimum. Enterprise custom. Confirm current terms with BNTouch.
- Credit Pull Alerts marketed as TransUnion-fed notices when a competitor pulls credit on a past client.
- Refinance triggers (rate / LTV / life-event language on their site).
- MAIA AI assistant, included on every plan they advertise. They state GPT-5.5. That is their claim.
- Campaign counts vary by page (180+ on the CRM software page, 400+ on another). Confirm the current library in a demo.
What LoanGraphs does instead — and in addition
LoanGraphs is not a replacement mortgage CRM in the BNTouch sense. It is LO software alongside your LOS (and, if you want, alongside BNTouch).
Not claimed by LoanGraphs: native two-way LOS sync, TransUnion credit-pull alerts, TCPA SMS blasting, a digital 1003, or a mobile app with full feature parity. If those are must-haves, you are shopping BNTouch (or another CRM). Confirm delivery with them.
- Free, $0 forever, no credit card — client and lead database plus U.S. market data for 3,200+ counties.
- Growth, $49/month or $580/year — purchase and refinance reports (up to four scenarios), Loan Estimate-style fee sections, home value / equity reports, Refi Miner, unlimited AI email (Gemini, Grok, and Claude tiers), and branding.
- Professional, $99/month or $1,180/year — everything in Growth. A Professional year-commit includes custom pricing integration free (live scenario pricing and Refi Miner from the source you connect).
- Enterprise (custom) — multi-user, branches, company branding, API, and dedicated support.
Feature comparison
We are not marking BNTouch “missing” on scenario reports. That is not the product they lead with.
| Job | BNTouch is known for | LoanGraphs |
|---|---|---|
| System of record for pipeline | Full mortgage CRM since 2004 | Lighter client/lead database (Free) |
| LOS sync | Named native connectors | Alongside LOS; no native Encompass workspace advertised |
| Alerts | Credit-pull + refi triggers (their marketing) | Refi Miner on your saved loans + rate targeting |
| Borrower-facing math | Not their lead story | 4-scenario reports, break-even, LE-style fees |
| AI | MAIA inside the CRM | Reviewed AI email, multiple model tiers |
| Marketing | Campaigns, SMS, partner portals — confirm | AI email, postcards, property lists, LO sites |
| Published solo price (Aug 2026) | $165/mo — confirm | $0 Free; Growth $49/mo or $580/yr |
Which one is the right buy?
When to pick BNTouch
- You have no CRM, you refuse HubSpot-with-custom-fields, and you want mortgage stages on day one.
- You will use credit-pull alerts and LOS sync every day. Confirm both in the demo, on your LOS.
- You want one vendor for drips, SMS, 1003, and partner portals. Confirm each module is live for your plan.
- $165/month is their published Individual number. Confirm current terms with BNTouch.
When to pick LoanGraphs
- You already have a CRM (BNTouch, Salesforce, Shape, a spreadsheet) and still cannot send a four-option purchase report that looks like you.
- You want a $0 place to park the book while you decide on a CRM.
- Your bottleneck is explaining the loan, not logging the call.
When to use both
- BNTouch (or your CRM) owns follow-up, SMS, credit-pull alerts, and LOS sync.
- LoanGraphs Growth ($49/mo or $580/yr) owns the scenario report, the refi break-even, the home-value leave-behind, and Refi Miner.
- You do not migrate 12 years of pipeline out of BNTouch to “simplify.”
- LoanGraphs AI email is not MAIA. MAIA sits on CRM records. LoanGraphs drafts from the loan/contact context you selected, and you approve the send.

Keep the CRM. Add the math.
If you need a full mortgage CRM, demo BNTouch and confirm LOS + alerts. If you need the database and the math, start LoanGraphs Free ($0, no card). Growth is $49/month or $580/year. Professional is $99/month or $1,180/year; a Professional year-commit includes custom pricing integration free — next to BNTouch, not instead of it.
