By accessing or using LoanGraphs ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
LoanGraphs provides mortgage loan origination tools including loan scenario analysis, market data, property data lookups, AI email generation, and marketing features for mortgage professionals.
3. User Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes in connection with mortgage lending activities. You may not use the Service to violate any applicable laws or regulations.
5. Data and Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Property and market data is provided for informational purposes and should be independently verified.
6. Subscription and Billing
Paid features require an active subscription. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. Credits purchased are non-refundable once used.
7. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. LoanGraphs is not liable for decisions made based on data or reports generated through the platform. Loan limit data comes from FHFA and HUD and should be verified with official sources.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
