This notice describes the information that Loan Graphs, Inc. processes when you use LoanGraphs websites, applications, reports, APIs, and related services.

1. Scope

LoanGraphs provides tools for mortgage professionals. These tools include client and lead management, pricing, loan scenarios, borrower reports, property information, outreach, websites, and billing. This notice applies to information that LoanGraphs processes for these services.

A mortgage company or another organization can give you access to LoanGraphs. That organization can also control information in its LoanGraphs account. Contact the organization if you have a question about information that it controls.

2. Information we collect

We can collect the following information:

  • Account and profile information. This can include your name, email address, phone number, company, role, NMLS information, profile image, and preferences.
  • Client, property, and loan information. This can include borrower contact information, property addresses, property values, loan balances, rates, terms, credit score ranges, and report inputs that a user enters or imports.
  • Content and communications. This can include report content, campaign content, messages, support requests, and information that a user sends through a form.
  • Billing and transaction information. Payment providers process payment card details. LoanGraphs can receive customer, purchase, subscription, credit, and payment status records from those providers.
  • Integration information. When a user connects an available integration, LoanGraphs can receive or send the information needed for the requested integration.
  • Technical information. This can include IP address, browser and device information, pages used, actions, referral information, performance data, and error data.

Do not enter a Social Security number, bank password, or other information that the product does not request.

3. How we use information

We can use information to:

  • Create and operate accounts.
  • Provide client, pricing, report, property, website, and outreach features.
  • Complete actions that a user requests.
  • Process billing, credit purchases, and subscription changes.
  • Provide support and communicate about the service.
  • Monitor performance, diagnose errors, and improve the service.
  • Detect misuse and protect the service.
  • Meet applicable legal requirements and respond to valid legal requests.

4. How we share information

LoanGraphs can share information in these cases:

  • Service providers. Providers can process information for hosting, payments, email, text messages, direct mail, property data, analytics, error monitoring, customer support, and AI features.
  • User-directed delivery. We can send information to a borrower, partner, company member, or other recipient when a user requests that action.
  • Account organizations. Company members can access information that the service makes available to their organization.
  • Business and legal events. We can disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, or as part of a merger, financing, acquisition, or sale of assets.

Each external provider has its own terms and privacy practices. Review those terms before you connect a service or send information through it.

5. Browser storage and analytics

LoanGraphs uses cookies, local browser storage, and session browser storage for account sessions, preferences, saved form state, affiliate attribution, and other product functions. Some product functions will not work if you block this storage.

Public marketing pages can use Google Tag Manager and Flook. LoanGraphs can also use Sentry for performance and error monitoring. Borrower report pages do not load marketing analytics, and client Sentry events from those pages are blocked.

You can use browser controls to delete or block cookies and browser storage. These controls can sign you out or remove saved preferences.

6. AI features

Some LoanGraphs features send a prompt and selected context to a configured AI provider. The provider processes that information to return generated content. Do not put a Social Security number, bank credential, or unnecessary borrower information in an AI prompt.

AI output can be incomplete or incorrect. Review all generated content before you use or send it.

7. Retention and deletion

LoanGraphs retains information while an account is active and as needed to operate the service, complete requested transactions, resolve disputes, prevent misuse, and meet legal obligations. Different records can have different retention periods.

You can request account or personal-information deletion by emailing privacy@loangraphs.com. We can require identity verification. We can also retain information when the law permits or requires it, or when it is needed for an active dispute, security review, or transaction.

8. Security

LoanGraphs uses technical and organizational measures that are intended to protect information. No system, storage method, or transmission method is completely secure. We do not guarantee that unauthorized access, loss, or misuse will never occur.

Protect your account credentials. Contact security@loangraphs.com if you believe that an account or the service has a security problem.

9. Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you can have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or a copy of personal information. You can also have a right to object to or opt out of some processing.

Send a request to privacy@loangraphs.com. Include the email address for the relevant account and describe the request. Do not send sensitive identity documents until LoanGraphs gives you a secure method and asks for them.

To request a marketing email opt-out, email privacy@loangraphs.com. A marketing opt-out does not stop service messages that are needed for an active account or a requested action.

10. Children

LoanGraphs is for mortgage professionals. It is not directed to children under 13. Contact privacy@loangraphs.com if you believe that a child provided personal information to LoanGraphs.
