LoanGraphs vs BankingBridge: the website rate shop vs the LO report

BankingBridge is built for lenders who are willing to put live pricing on the internet. LoanGraphs is built for loan officers who have to explain a specific deal to a specific human. If your company already pays BankingBridge, canceling it does not give you LoanGraphs. It takes the rate table off the homepage.

Who BankingBridge is (verified)

From bankingbridge.com products and pricing (fetched August 2026): they sell embeddable conversion tools — lead workflow (personalized quote in about 30 seconds), rate comparison table, customer rate dashboards, calculators tied to a PPE, rate-alert emails, loan officer pages, reviews embeds, and rate cards.

Pricing-engine integrations they name include Optimal Blue, Mortech, Polly, Lender Price, and other engines they list on the RateFlow API section. Confirm which engines you can connect.

Dream Rate (on the pricing page): monitor closed loans and alert borrower + LO when refinance conditions are met. Confirm whether that is on your plan.

Plans are usage-based: monthly platform fee + per-lead charges + email overages + setup fees. The public pricing page shows several conflicting dollar amounts for similarly named plans. We will not pick a number. Confirm current Launch/Core/Growth/Leader math with BankingBridge.

  • Audience on the homepage: credit unions, mortgage banks, brokers — company-scale website conversion, not a $49 solo workbench.
  • Dashboards are marketed as letting the consumer price their own deal and come back; LOs can enroll people in rate alerts and worksheets.

What LoanGraphs does instead — and in addition

LoanGraphs is not a consumer rate-table SaaS for a 40-branch credit union site. It is LO software alongside the LOS.

LoanGraphs websites can use pricing widgets with your configured lender settings. That is an LO/site widget, not BankingBridge’s full lead-workflow + consumer dashboard + rate-alert email platform. Do not tell a web team they are equivalent.

Refi Miner is LO-initiated mining of saved loans. BankingBridge’s Dream Rate is marketed as automated monitoring + borrower email. Different owner of the button. Confirm Dream Rate with them; use Refi Miner in LoanGraphs when you want to pick the list.

  • Free, $0 forever, no credit card — client and lead database plus U.S. market data for 3,200+ counties.
  • Growth, $49/month or $580/year — purchase and refinance reports (up to four scenarios), Loan Estimate-style fee sections, home value / equity reports, Refi Miner, unlimited AI email (Gemini, Grok, and Claude tiers), and branding.
  • Professional, $99/month or $1,180/year — everything in Growth. A Professional year-commit includes custom pricing integration free (live scenario pricing and Refi Miner from the source you connect).
  • Enterprise (custom) — multi-user, branches, company branding, API, and dedicated support.

Feature comparison

BankingBridge’s public pricing page is not clean enough to quote a single monthly number. Confirm with them.

Which one is the right buy?

When to pick BankingBridge

  • You run website for a lender, CU, or broker shop and leadership wants shoppable rates on the domain.
  • You buy Bankrate / NerdWallet / FRU style leads and need a dashboard those leads live in. Confirm lead-source connectors with BankingBridge.
  • You have a PPE seat and a web team. Confirm setup fee and per-lead economics with them.

When to pick LoanGraphs

  • You are the LO, not the VP of digital. You need today’s purchase comparison, not a homepage redesign.
  • You want Free CRM + Growth reports without a per-lead meter on the LO tool.
  • Your “website” problem is really a credibility + widget problem, not a 10-step lead workflow.

When to use both

  • BankingBridge (or similar) on the public site so shoppers do not bounce to a rate aggregator.
  • Lead lands in CRM.
  • LO opens LoanGraphs Growth and builds the actual file-shaped comparison (down payment, credits, title, buy-down) that a dashboard slider cannot finish.
  • After close, Dream Rate (if you bought it) and/or Refi Miner keep the loan on a watch list.
